How's everyone doing? I just joined the team, though I have been a sparker for a while. I have recently renewed my efforts to eat more healthy. I work at an office and bring my lunch about 75% of the time. I am much better at bring healthy lunches when I can put them together on the weekend then just grab them in the morning when packing my cooler. I also make sure to pack plenty of fruit, vegetable and other healthy snack. Any ideas you have for make ahead lunches would be great. I hope to find some motivaton to switch things up from sandwiches, salads, and the occiasional left over. (Due to other activites I don't always have time to cook dinner or don't always have the money to make double batches.)
