Hi everyone! I'm glad to have found this team! I bring my lunch to work already each day, but lately (since we just went from summer hours to school year hours, I've got an hour lunch instead of 30 minutes!) I've been either eating part of my lunch, or my afternoon snack beforehand and then doing lunch time fitness! It's felt so great! Even if I don't get a full workout in, I get OUT of my building, go for a walk, and enjoy the sunshine as much as I can! Those florescent lights will be the death of me otherwise! (And I've seen what they can do to the other ladies in my office...it's a nice reminder that if I don't do something for myself now, I'll be doomed to be just like them with their knee and back problems, chronic migraines, and negative attitudes!)
