Since the beginning of the year I have been on my healthy lifestyle change, eating healthier exercising more...etc. It's been slow going, but have managed to take a packed lunch everyday, (well more days than ever before that is!! LOL) I am sensing that I am losing interest in this lunch thing. I am a snacker at heart and this has been one of my biggest hurdles. I get so bored with lunch meat sandwiches, I'm not big on the frozen dinners or can soups either. So this team is perfect for me- I'm hoping to stay on track by connecting with you all as well as getting some ideas for easy lunches.
I'm fairly new to SP, meaning that I joined some time ago but I have really been focusing on getting all I can from the benefits of becomming more involved-
