Fixing healthier lunches with the emphasis on healthy portions, has been doable but takes thought for me daily. I wonder when this will be second nature, if ever.

I'm a food addict, so truly I take things one day at a time.

Yesterday we had, baby carrots, fresh blueberries, almonds, cheese, sliced chicken. I'm feeding myself and my three young ones.

Glad to be here.

Today I made banana bread with walnuts for the family and have already had my portion for the day. I'm glad I found this group as a reminder to keep things in perspective and to eat healthy for me.
