welcome sat, this group is great for lunch ideas, I love it. I preplan what I am taking for lunch to work, since I leave at 6am and dont feel like thinking about it then. So getting ready to go pack my salad and some trail mix for tomorrow. Rosa
Hi. My name is Satwindar, but everyone calls me Sat for short. Been in an on again off again workout routine for the last couple of years, mostly off. Seems like work has taken over my life, and I am realizing that at 42, everyday that goes by is a day that I'll never get back. I'm basically wanting to turn my life around, and make everyday count for something. I'm hoping I can get the motivation I need, as well as some guidance and tips on becoming a better person both healthwise and in general.
