I like to think I'm creative with my lunches and like to change it up from day to day. I do not have a lot of time to cook every night but when i do, I make sure I make enough for lunch and/or dinner the next day. I just buy lots of different things at the store as healthy snack foods such as raisins, grapes, bananas, low fat triscuits, pretzles, carrots, celery, yogurt(low fat of course)...woohoo to healthy lunches!
I always love to change up my lunches though, because I get bored. I have bunches to share if you're ever interested, just message me or leave me a comment. I'm always giving new recipes/ideas to my co-workers too... Great job so far!!!!!
