Soup is my go to in the winter and salad in the summer. You can make enough for several days at a time so you don't have to think about it everyday. I also like soup because you can hide all kinds of good for you stuff in it, like spinach and beans. Check out the thread on salad, it has lots of good ideas. to the team.
I've just started bringing my lunches in to work today because I'm tired of eating fast food, healthy menu choices or no.
