Hi I am Gretchen and yes I have 3 kids and live in Ohio!! I work as a nurse in a nursing home and work 2:30-11 which makes it a tad harder to eat properly. I *try* to make a dinner to take with me for my *lunch* at work, but sometimes I buy or fast food, bad I know!!!

I am looking to lose around 50 lbs and need some motivation!!! thnks
