The easiest way is to think eat as natural or unprocessed as possible (there may be times when your in a time crunch, but stick to natural as often as possible) ... fresh veggies (or frozen). Prepared meals, rather than frozen or "pick up". Check this site for lots of great recipes. Keep "healthy" snacks on hand for a quick grab-n-go. And lastly, take it one step at a time; one day at a time. You've already taken a GIANT step by wanting to make a change!
I am new to the group and I need the help from you guys to get me on the right tract to start eating more healthier. I am one of these people who love to eat junk food but have had a lot of health problem in just the last 2 to 3 months and really needs to change the way I eat. Hope I can do this with the help you all of you.
