I'm the opposite. Too many places for lunch, and not enough left overs (three teenagers and a husband...). I've been super positive with my choices and have been mixing it up. I really appreciate Sparkspeople and have found it an asset to my daily picks.
There's no better feeling in than feeling good about yourself. My lunch usually consists of leftover from my dinners. I do a lot of cooking in the crockpot, so I feed the family and the put the leftovers into single serving containers and freeze them for my lunches. There's not really any place around where I work to go for lunch, so I brown bag it everyday. to the team.
I didn't put weight on overnight and it won't come off overnight either.
