I'm a bit intimidated by the size of this team (number of people), I am not very active, but I found the link and some really great articles today, so I thought I would join in the hopes of learning some really useful tips. It would be a MIRACLE if, through SparkPeople, my attitude about exercise (a four letter word that got stretched), an attitude gained from years of therapy and a leg brace, could change!
The tips I read today about stretching, holding walking meetings, etc. are so simple, but they are powerful.
