Welcome to the site, I hope you get some joy out of the site and understanding as i have, Can i ask are you from the U.K or America,

I will take controll over my body and lose the weight and then when i ever see my youngest daughter,s dad i will just walk right past and smile, I had his only Daughter and because i put abit on when she was born he left me saying i dont do fat woman and he as not even sin his daughter since she was 18mths old, She is now 5yr and 4mths, Well its his loss not mine.

Welcome to the team and to Spark People. Remember take it one day at a time. I also make my lunches and take them to work. Your soup sounds great. I made a cabbage soup and froze some. I also do salads, wraps, etc. Good luck and keep posting.

I just found this club. I usually spend Sunday mornings making my lunches for the week. This week I made chicken soup with barley and spinach instead of noodles.

I didn't put weight on overnight and it won't come off overnight either.
