Hi: am new to the lunch club. I am lucky enough to live close enough to work that I can run home (to let the dog out & grab lunch) most days.

I have learned to love open-faced sandwiches. Saving that extra piece of bread's wort of calories is worth it to me --

Being at home, it's easy to heat up leftovers, too. Soups are great for this - that's my plan for today, in fact.

Look forward to the discussion. I love to eat, so it's great to think creatively about lunch!

Welcome tot he team. I take a lot of salads to lunch and wraps. I also make soup and take that. If you need anything write. Remember to take it one step at a time.

My name is Beth and I am new to the lunch club and rejoined spark people yesterday. I started a blog for myself, and brought a salad instead of a sandwich to work for lunch today. I am hopeful and optimistic.
