I guess you could say I fell off the wagon when I stopped hitting it hard every day both with my diet and exercise. I became comfortable with my weight loss ( 30 lbs) and was feeling like I needed a break. But I really would like to take off another 20 lbs. I am starting to get back on the wagon by tracking my food and putting more effort into my exercise (which seem to be the key ingredients for my to succeed. I love to walk on my lunch hour and do about 2 miles...yes, it's a little sweaty, but I've decided that it's worth it. Motivation is key these days and that is why I am trying out the message boards (something I haven't done yet). I am also looking for buddies to chat with....
