Aw, thank you so much. I never even thought about it. It's an old nick-name that I got as a joke and it stuck...now I use it all the time. Maybe time for a change though...something with a more positive image. I will think about it. And, yes, I am a little difficult...but then who isn't

I guess you could say I fell off the wagon when I stopped hitting it hard every day both with my diet and exercise. I became comfortable with my weight loss ( 30 lbs) and was feeling like I needed a break. But I really would like to take off another 20 lbs. I am starting to get back on the wagon by tracking my food and putting more effort into my exercise (which seem to be the key ingredients for my to succeed. I love to walk on my lunch hour and do about 2 miles...yes, it's a little sweaty, but I've decided that it's worth it. Motivation is key these days and that is why I am trying out the message boards (something I haven't done yet). I am also looking for buddies to chat with....

Good luck to us all. We deserve to be healthy and happy.

I really got motivated and started seeing success when I had a concrete goal.

Once I looked at how much I could reasonably lose before my vacation (the end of April) I had a mission to charge!

Staying logged on and involved with sparkpeople has made all the difference!

Go get 'em! You can do it!

I've fallen off the wagon a lot, myself. Somebody said it dosen't matter how many time you fall, if you just keep getting up. Just keep on keeping on. Good luck!!!!!

I use the nutritional tracker everyday. I seem to have the best results from adding exercise to my daily routine. I have not been exercising lately and
I can feel it in my body and even though I am eating
within my weight range, I'm not losing any weight.

Gotta get back to moving this body.

Hugs,
Gayle
