Hello! I'm a 58 yr old woman and need to loose weight that I gained from hurting myself at work and now sitting at home. It started with all the mead's I'm on as they caused me to wanna just sleep. I am off most now and weigh 193 and would like to be 145. I was 145 when 9 months pregnant so this extra weight is slowing me down and depressing me. I have lost around 17 pds and recently been told I have IBS so I should be 100 pds with all my Health problems....
I live in NY State near Syracuse and have 2 children both grown one son in Texas (whom I miss alot) and my daughter and her family here not to far from me. My daughter Blessed me with 2 granddaughter's.
and have made some really good friends here. I would like to eat healthier lunches. I try but sometimes I don't even eat till 4-5pm as I'm just not hungry at times. I know this isn't good either so any advice is more then Welcome.
