I,too, have been a long-time weight watcher. My desire is to reach and maintain goal. The hardest thing for me is to eat 5-6 small meals each day. Lunch seems the most difficult to attain. But maybe we can help one another.

My weight loss journey has been on-going all my life. Last year I finally joined a group in my city and so far have lost another 22#. My total weight loss has been over 80#. Now I still have those pesky last 8 to go. It is never easy, due to all the meds I need to take for my auto-immune diseases. A friend told me about SparkPeople, so here I am. Lunch is always a killer for me, too many calories. Looking for help and easy ideas.
