well i have then go ahead bar,s, there is many different types and they are low fat and taste nice.x
I will take controll over my body and lose the weight and then when i ever see my youngest daughter,s dad i will just walk right past and smile, I had his only Daughter and because i put abit on when she was born he left me saying i dont do fat woman and he as not even sin his daughter since she was 18mths old, She is now 5yr and 4mths, Well its his loss not mine.
I got a recipe off of Spark People for a lot of different lunches - wraps are great. I made a low fat pasta tuna salad, whole wheat pasta, peas, white tuna (in water), celery, onion, a bit of lemon juice, low-fat chedar cheese shredded, a bit of salt and pepper and low fat mayo. It is great. Also try hard boiled eggs and make a salad. Use whole wheat bread or buns.

There should be things you like and lots of variety to follow.
I go back to work in 4 weeks and am concerned about what to pack in my lunch. I have always packed pretty healthy foods, but am tired of the same old things ... salad, yogurt and fruit. Does anyone have any ideas for low-fat, healthy options? I have access to a microwave.
