hi! my name is sue. i am just getting started so my activitiy is a little low. i started watching what i eat about 3 weeks ago. and exercising is not a strong point. not much to motivate me to get going, but i am starting. i am up to 10 minutes a day on my treadmill. don't know how far or fast i go the speedometer and odometer don't work but it's a pretty good speed and everyone tells me i walk fast so it's a good work out for me. where do you leve. i am from buffalo new york. use to live down in the country more. i love everything from hte garden too. if i were a bunny i would be one chubby bunny. i enjoy the outdoors. well keep going you sound like you have a great partner in all you do. congrats.

Hello! My name is Sunny. I love to read also. But now that I have been getting into shape, I haven't had much time for reading! I have been walking 6 miles a day, rowing for 30 min. 4 days a week, and weight training with my husband. I also love to garden, can everything from the garden, hunt, fish, hike, swim, pick wild berries. I love just about anything that has to do with outside!
