Hi there, You will find most of these ready meals have aload of stuff in them, I try and make my own and stay of the ready meals even the weight watchers one,s. Plus if you make your own i know its more than you would eat but you could freeze a meal size so you wouldnt eat more than you would. Just a tips and also freshly cooked is for more better for you as you know what is going into it.x
