My name is Barbara and this is my first day on the SP plan. I'm 64, but still work full-time at a college in central New York State. My job requires my butt to be parked in front of a computer all day, so I'm interested in EASY stretching and other fitness routines that I can do during the work day without working up a sweat. We have a fitness center here, but who wants to come back to work all hot and sweaty? Not me, I guess. Looking forward to interacting with some of you. Wish me luck.
