I am very new to SP too, but I kno most days I eat lunch at my desk & either hit the gym (very close to my work) or walk outside for a bit (even in bad weather, we have covered parking). Good luck!

emoticon to the team. Glad you are here with us. While you are home watching your soaps you can walk in place or jog in place. In the mornings, when you use the restroom, before bed you can do 25 jumping jacks. Every little boost helps.

I am tired of being overweight and can't wait to start this program. I am 174 lbs and come home everyday for lunch and watch soaps. I would like to make my time worth while and lose weight at the same time. Let me know some ideas and how to use this program.
