Hello everyone! I'm Megan. I live in Albuquerque, NM and I work as a receptionist for a law firm. For awhile I used to bring my lunch, usually not too healthy but not too bad either, and eat it around 1130 then use my lunch hour to go walking. After awhile I just lost steam and started feeling like I was depriving myself of the relaxation time that just sitting on a chair, under an umbrella or under a tree can give, so I stopped.
Now, I'm wanting to half change that. I would like to keep my relaxation, forget about work, time but at the same time I would like to be proactive in my weight-loss. I'm kinda stuck I think. I'm hoping that this team can give me some ideas for a healthy, yummy & filling lunch..
