I've never heard of a bento box.
I'm having ceviche over my salad for lunch. I posted the recipe on the site.

I grew up in Hawaii, so when someone mentions bento box I think of the ones we had in my childhood. They usually consisted of rice with furukake on it and meats (fried spam, teriyaki meat, fried chicken), and ume (red salty pickled balls with seed in it). I am making much healthier bentos these days.

What is a Bento box
Just found this team. I am always interested in new ideas for lunch. Does anyone do Bento boxes? I love those and they are a pretty as they are good to eat.
