I have her 30 day shred and I usually track it under circuit training and however many minutes I do. I know calories burned differs for people, but that's what I'm going by until I get my heart rate monitor. Hope this helps.

Sorry, don't know anything about Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, but I do know the diets I followed in the past always allowed me to return to them or pick up another to lose the weight again. On SparkPeople you get a free plan that coordinates menu and exercise based upon your physical conditions that creates a new habit of eating healthy without the restrictions of diet. I am 61 and using SparkPeople I have lost from 375 to 324 in a little over 3 months while on a walker until back surgery in April and recovering with little aerobic exercise until the last three weeks. My youngest, who is a Nutritionist/Dietician, told me the dangers of certain diets and that I would never get back to my healthy size until I made lifestyle changes. This old dog learned a new trick. I wish you great success on your journey to a healthy life.

Hey all :) I need to lose weight in order to build my confidence. I plan on doing this by following Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Does anyone know how many calories are burned using this program? Is anyone else using it?
