I have her 30 day shred and I usually track it under circuit training and however many minutes I do. I know calories burned differs for people, but that's what I'm going by until I get my heart rate monitor. Hope this helps.
Sorry, don't know anything about Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, but I do know the diets I followed in the past always allowed me to return to them or pick up another to lose the weight again.
