I dont have much time even for walking. I am up at 4am to be at my day job by 6am(I commute 1 hour each way) then home by 330 to be at my night job by 430pm. I work til 930 then its home to bed to start all over again in the am.

I used to walk during my first break but right now I am doing phone support so I cant leave my desk til 9am and its already 100degrees outside by then - oh the joys of living in AZ.

I get some walking in at my 2nd job - I work at Sears in the HR office. So I find myself running errands all over the store. So at least thats something

Hello and welcome to the team. Walking was a weight vacuum when I was your age. Surprising when and where you can get a walk in. My greatest efforts had a friend walking with me and we really made each other show up and walk as well as have great fellowship.

WOW! That's a lot of hurs to work. Be good to yourself...without food. Instead of the gym do you live in an area where you can just take off for a walk. Mo muss no fuss just head out the door and go. I find that I will be more faithful doing something that doesn't take a lot of planning and I can go as I am able. Just a thought.

Congrats! on your decision to get healthy! I LOVE! this program.

Hi, my name is Gina. I am married and have 2 sons, ages 11 & 15. I work 2 jobs so I dont have much time for anything. I am trying to lose this last 15 lbs and it has been rough. Working 70 hours a week makes it hard to find time to exercise and some days I am soooooo tired that I dont care what I eat.

I started getting back into the gym here and there, at least 2x's a week. I am also trying to really focus on what I eat. I hope the last 15lbs start to melt away.

I need help figuring out quick and easy healthy meals, things I can prep ahead of time. Working 2 jobs, there are some days when I eat 2 frozen meals and that gets old fast. My husband cooks for the kids and himself but most of the time that is made after I am gone to my 2nd job. And its always unhealthy stuff....hamburger helper, burgers, burritos etc. So leftovers are a no go for me.
