Hi, my name is Gina. I am married and have 2 sons, ages 11 & 15. I work 2 jobs so I dont have much time for anything. I am trying to lose this last 15 lbs and it has been rough. Working 70 hours a week makes it hard to find time to exercise and some days I am soooooo tired that I dont care what I eat.
I started getting back into the gym here and there, at least 2x's a week. I am also trying to really focus on what I eat. I hope the last 15lbs start to melt away.
I need help figuring out quick and easy healthy meals, things I can prep ahead of time. Working 2 jobs, there are some days when I eat 2 frozen meals and that gets old fast. My husband cooks for the kids and himself but most of the time that is made after I am gone to my 2nd job. And its always unhealthy stuff....hamburger helper, burgers, burritos etc. So leftovers are a no go for me.
