Find a couple pictures of that perfect bod and hang them where you will look at it several times a day - and even on your refrigerator and pantry or cupboard doors!

Use SP! set your goal to lose the few pounds, you will have to decide how to define 'few',and then track you foods daily and make it a challenge or a game and you will lose the weight in the time using exercises from SP that make weight loss fun and faster

Its getting close to summer, and i'm looking for that perfect beach bod! just loosing a few pounds to get there. My boyfriend thinks I don't need to loose weight so i'm not getting much support from him. I don't have strong willpower and can give in so easily!! anyone have any ideas as to how i can keep myself motivated?
