I know, I have tried ever diet under the sun and still not getting anywhere, The tablets from the doctor are not working either.x
I will take controll over my body and lose the weight and then when i ever see my youngest daughter,s dad i will just walk right past and smile, I had his only Daughter and because i put abit on when she was born he left me saying i dont do fat woman and he as not even sin his daughter since she was 18mths old, She is now 5yr and 4mths, Well its his loss not mine.

Stop worrying and enjoy eating for energy to do things
I try not to look in the mirror as then i know just how fat i am, How come life can be so good but you feel so sad, I just hope following sparks will make to loose weight and start to feel happy.x

I know exactly what you mean. I was lying in bed last night with a big old grin on my face thinking how great my life is...great husband, terrific kids, fabulous dogs, awesome job, amazing friends...but I'm fat. If only there was no BUT in that sentence...and if only I could get rid of my BUTT!!!
