Hey Tess! Congrats on quitting smoking! I'm working on that right now. Hey, have you tried buying dry shampoo? It's an amazing secret when it comes to working out over lunch. Sometimes I walk around a lake when I have a break during the day, and it gets hot. But If I use dry shampoo in my hair, and freshen up with wipes in the bathroom, I'm good to go for the rest of the day. Just an idea to try :)

I hear you on walking around during a break or lunch hour and being sweaty - I'm in Northern Florida and it's hot! The only thing I came up with is to eat healthier on lunch so when I sit down all day and am not very active, it doesn't sneak up to bite me in the end of the week!
Hi, my name is Tess. I've been a spark member for a week now. This website is amazing! I am a former smoker (quit 2/1/09) and I've been floundering trying to find something to take up my lunch hour besides smoking. I started walking during lunch and that was great till summer came. Because I work in an office, profusely sweating during a 40 minute walk became a problem. But now that I've found this group I have great new idea's of how to spend my lunch inside, where it's cooler, not sweating as bad, and still improving my health. Thank you everyone!
