Lunch for me can also be the craziest meal, but I have found with planning it is easier. Saturday is my one day off work, if i take the time in the evening to look at what I have, then i know what maybe to grap at the supermarket on Sunday, Then sunday evening I plan ahead, i dont have to do breakfast and dinner as much as lunch, the night before I normally pack my lunch and then in the morning I just have to put it in my icebox and add ice. Lunch is the meal I abuse the most. It's just so easy to go grab some fast food or something unhealthy. Hard to take the time to make a lunch, or for that much for me to even get to the produce market to buy the things needed for a healthy lunch. But I know to lose the weight (like I did before) it will take me eating a good lunch (like I did before lol). So I have joined this team to get ideas and to get motivated.
