For the longest time I didn't actually take a lunch break, just fixed up a meal as quickly as possible and ate it at my desk while cramming in work between bites.
Lately I take fifteen minutes or so to prepare a good meal and spend my lunch break on Spark! I do limit myself to using just the microwave and the toaster oven. The stove is strictly for dinner!
I really only have one other lunch meal plan in my arsenal right now...If I am pressed for time, I make a toasted turkey sandwich on Arnold's sandwich thins. My secret ingredient...banana peppers! They add just the right combination of sweet and crunch.
