Hello everyone, I found this team from a link on the home page. I work as a dispatcher for my local Sheriff's office and we have the same hours as the officers, 12 hours 2 days on 2 days off. I work 5:30pm to 5:30am so I usually sleep till 1:30, have breakfast, then head to work. So that leaves me having to bring lunch AND dinner to work.
So I would love to get all the ideas I can for healthy lunches and dinners that are work friendly. :) I've been doing alright so far but welcome some fresh ideas!
I hope everyone is having a good evening! I'm at work tonight and the air conditioning isn't working on our floor so it's about 85* + in here, when it's like 95* outside...not fun! But hey, at least I'm sweating off the pounds! haha
