one thing i forgot to mention was that for me it's been all about food tracking. if i have a bite of something, i write it down. it sounds silly but the minute i stop doing that, game over! i need moderation and the only way i seem to be able to attain moderation is to log everything. even if i have a day where i eat 2000 calories. if i see that i overate the day before then it helps to remind me not to do it again.
