am eating too many calories but do not know it until I post at the end of the day.

I am going to start posting my food before I eat it.
Plan also to eat more consciously. With thought and gratitude.
Looking up lower calorie recipe and using it.

for me the answer is plan, post , think then eat.

I understand eating alone at first it hard but take from me, went co-work and friend your change they to will start bring lunch.

Reason to bring lunch:
* More healthy
* Cost is less
* More fuller
* No more left over at home
* The pounds drop better
* For me it meant more money saved

Why don't you try it 2x a week for a month as see if it works for you and if it good for you add an extra day to your week the next until you have completed the 5day work week.
Oh yes, if you work where you can walk at lunch eat 1st and walk 10 min rest and get back to work and you will be happy with this little change in your life.

One of my biggest downfalls when eating out has always been drinks. Pop is full of useless calories, so now I almost always get water! Other than that, just pay attention to calories and make sure you track what you eat...I've found a few fast food meals that are really good and still don't kill my counts by using the tracker religiously.

Welcome! When I eat out I try for restaurants that I know have healthy choices. If that's beyond my control then I try to find the restaurant on-line and see what is on their menu. I try to pick out my meal before I go there. If this isn't an option - I avoid the "bad" words (fried, batter, etc.) Salad dressing on the side - or I'll ask for sliced lemon. No bread. Water - lots & lots of water!

Working hard on eating right at lunch time so many distraction, e.i. fast food and other restaurants. I try to bring lunch, but that means eating alone everyday. How do you make good choices when eating out. emoticon emoticon
