Welcome to new comers.
I have been going through the SparkRecipes.com under healthy lifestyles.
I have found better choice versions of my favorite foods.

Hi everyone, I just joined the team and welcome new ideas for lunch. I work in an office where my lunch as well as my fellow office worker eat and work at the same time. Something light and refreshing that can be handled when multi tasking would be great!! Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi everyone. My name is Maggie and I really need some easy lunch ideas. If anyone has any healthy snack ideas I could use those too.
I'm hoping this team will really help me out. I have so much weight to lose and I just can't do it.
