I'VE BEEN WITH SP FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH. I'VE BEEN DOING WELL UNTIL I COME TO WORK. I CAN PACK MY LUNCH, BUT IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE GOING ON, A PARTY, DINNER, DESERT...ANYTHING ELSE, I GET SIDELINED. I AM SO HOPING THAT JOINING THIS CLUB WILL HELP GIVE THE EXTRA OOMPH I NEED TO MAINTAIN MY RESOLVE.
I LOOK FOREWARD TO MANY HEALTHY LUNCHES TOGETHER!

Welcome to the team. My current favorite lunch is Morningstar Farms veggie burger on a Healthy Life English muffin. I throw in a veggie or salad and am good to go.

Hey everyone! My name is Angela. I just joined the team today. Basically, when I pack my lunch, I have a turkey and cheese sandwich. If I don't pack my lunch, I go to Wawa (local convenience store) and get a sandwich or salad. The salads aren't bad there (if you modify them a bit) but my sandwich choices aren't always good. It is getting boring and I hope I can find some new ideas on here to pack my own lunch. I also try to go for a walk at lunch time. The office/lab that I work in is on a lot of acreage with trails through the woods. Every little bit of exercise counts! I am excited to be in this group!
