Hey Everyone~

I am Lee. As a grantee coach/contractor there is no set routine to my weeks. More often then not, I am no where near my home office (yes I work from home!) at lunch time.

Planning meals is one of my greatest challenges with controlling my intake and portions. I may end up at a lunch (dinner) meeting at least 1x a week and so I end up looking for choices that may give someone else options they like.

OK - let's get honest here! I am too lazy to pack a lunch. Hitting a restaurant is easier, and the ones that are open & affordable when I go to lunch are greasy spoons with few "tasty" and healthy options. (salads are always covered in cheese and cold cuts!)

So, I am checking this team out for quick and easy ideas for lunches. Possibly ones that won't make the people I meet feel bad for me that I pack a lunch. (Hubby take pb, carrot/celery sticks, container of nuts to work everyday! can u say emoticon ?)
