For me I do a lots of Salads
I like to do the Betty Crocker -Suddenly Pasta Salad you can add meat,veggie and fresh fruit and nuts to it. Some of the pasta salad have you add mayonnaise but I don't like mayo plus in dieting I find its not good to use alot of so I change it out with a lite or reg. vinaigrette with the dry mix in the box.
I also do a lot of green or mix salad,-it fresh can be top with any fresh veggie / fruit, meats and nuts.
I do stir and wraps as well beef, chicken, ham,and turkey again you can add your veggie/fruits, and nuts to it. I like to use to use the soft wheat taco shell went doing wraps.
