Hi everyone. I am new to this team too. I work for a health care company in the sunny State of FL. I bring my lunch everyday it is usually leftovers from the night before or a Turkey wrap with a diet drink. I usually bring a fruit also. I am looking for some fresh ideas also that will be within my budget as well.

Hi all - 27 year old male from Northern VA, near DC. I work as a manager at a Hi-Rise Condominium building, and bring my lunch most days. Usually it's turkey sandwiches with Nature's Own light honey wheat bread, and fat free American Cheese (Kraft Singles). Two of those, a Fiber one bar, and some other relatively low calorie snack. It usually does the trick for me, but I joined the group to get ideas for when I want to change it up a bit! Look forward to being part of the team. Have a great, meaningful day!
