Hi - I'm new to Sparks - just a few days ago and I think I finally found the TEAM for me. (1) I hate to exercise (2) I know I have to do something & (3) I basically work in an office by myself most days of the week. Do the workplace exercises change? If so - how often? Has anyone found one they like a lot? As for lunch for me - I stop on my way to work on Monday morning and get what I need for the week - luckily there is a frig in the office. I'm ok with the fruit, but veggies are tough. Since I just started I'm going to add salad to my purchase. Here's wishing us all luck as we get through the summer!
