I enjoy the following recipe for lunch:

1 can tuna -light
Mashed with 1 triangle Laughing Cow cheese Light
a little salsa
a little dried sage.

Heat small tortilla in a non-stick pan sprayed with Pam. Put half the mixture on 1/2 of tortilla in pan and fold over and pat lightly and heat through.

(I use La Tortilla Factory - low carb - small)- Save other 1/2 can for the next day or make a 2nd one for lunch.

It's my version of a Tuna Melt.
