Hello,my name is Laurie and I believe this will be a good group to join. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what you should bring to lunch.
If I have time, what I like to do is saute onions, red & green peppers in olive oil. I then take about 15 small shrimp and drizzle with a little olive oil, parsley and Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy. I will add the Shrimp to the veggies and eat all of this over some brown rice.
