Hi new members. I've brought a wholewheat sandwich with me today - hummus, coleslaw, cherry tomatoes, ham, cheese and tons of crunchy lettuce. And a yogurt and banana. YUM!

I am new. I like the idea of HEALTHY LUNCH CLUB. SUBWAY sounds so good. Its good to share what we are eating. This will motivate our weight loss.

There is a thread within this group that is strictly for "What did you bring for lunch today?" and a lot of people post to it. It is so interesting to see what people bring and all of it always sounds so yummy! I am going to start using some of their creations as my own soon.

I am having a big salad, because lunch does sometime get boring and I feel like I am eating the same kinds of things every day. I would also like to hear some ideas on what others bring for lunch but healthy because I am trying to be very good.

HAHAH I completely agree! I love turkey but after awhile it looses something and by the time Thanksgiving rolls around I won't want to look at it let alone eat it!

That's a good idea, stick with a few clubs that really suit me. I joined too many upon starting this journey and just find that usually I have nothing to say on topics that are posted or the topics don't appeal to me. I am going to have to get rid of some of them!

sometimes I just get a veggie sub. I just let them pile them on. yum yum, also becuase the meats have so much sodium in them,

Gem- Good luck on your journey. If you still have many groups that you have joined I would just get rid of them and stick to one. This is what I have done. I got tired of turkey sandwiches also so I know how you feel. There has to be more out there than just turkey!

Welcome, I also just found this team and have had problems as well with keeping up with them or even staying interested in them. I am hopeful that this club will be beneficial to me and everyone else to share ideas about lunch. I get bored with my usual turkey sandwich and sun chips, which ironically, I have today for lunch. welcome. I just joined this group and I've already gotten some great ideas. Today I'm doing Subway. I love putting all the veggies on my sandwich and I eat 1/2 at lunch and 1/2 for snack and it isn't bad in calories if you get the low fat ones.

I am also here to get ideas for lunch.

Today I am having a tuna sandwich unfort on white bread. Ran out of my 100% Whole Wheat last night. Bummer I know. But then I fall apart. I have grapes and sun chips. I know that isn't the best I can do but my creativity and time isn't all there.

I have tried many times and have joined many groups but I cannot keep up with them. So I am hoping that being here with you all will allow me to keep up. I love the idea of a Healthy Lunch Club where we can share ideas because I find lunch to be difficult to prepare. Do I bring my lunch? Do I buy something? I know you know the feeling.

So here I am; please accept what I can or cannot do.
