Hello Everyone: I am new to this team too. It is good to know that we are all in the same boat--searching for new ideas for healthy lunches. Lunchtime is a challenge for me--esp. take along lunches. I do not have access to a microwave. I get tired of salad or sandwhich--Same O, Same O...I am diabetic so need healthy ideas. No High Fructose Corn Syrup for me which is in almost EVERYTHING labeled non fat. Also I am on a food stamp budget so need ideas that are low cost.
