Hi and welcome to the team! Bring a sandwich or leftovers from last night's meal to work. I don't have a microwave at work unfortunately, so I'm fairly limited with my choices. If I've bought lots of veggies, I make them into soup with a boullion cube and water, then bring it to work in a thermos. Best of luck with your goals!

Hi, I'm new to the healthy lunch club. I'm a teacher and have only a few precious minutes to get a healthy lunch each day, by the time I make it to the microwave or the fridge, lunch is almost over, and sometimes I give in to the vending machines!!!Yikes!!! Any tips on packing healthy bag lunches will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks
