Hi and welcome to the team!
Bring a sandwich or leftovers from last night's meal to work. I don't have a microwave at work unfortunately, so I'm fairly limited with my choices. If I've bought lots of veggies, I make them into soup with a boullion cube and water, then bring it to work in a thermos.
