Hello,
My name is Ana and I am from Florida. I am trying to get into a habit of eating healthy, but it is not easy. A lot of times I am too tired or too lazy to make my own lunch, and then I pig out. Maybe this club will help me to stay focused.

Hey everyone! I am new to this website. I am looking for teams to help keep me motivated. It is so easy to get caught up in life and forget to take time to workout. I work in Washington, DC and have no reason not to take a walk during lunch, yet, I rarely do. Hopefully with the weather getting nice and bringing my lunch to work, I will get outside to walk.....at least for 30 minutes!

I look forward to motivation from others, and to motivate others!

Hello everyone. I am a new member to this club. Like everyone else, I am looking for different ideas on eating healthy foods. I am from New York City. With my busy schedule, being a full time student and working, as well as trying to be a healthy individual, it is hard for me to always make healthy choices. By becoming a member of this team, I look foward to new ideas of healthy eating choices and to discipline myself when it comes to eating foods in general.
