sometimes we bring in stuff to make low fat quesadillas,
brown rice, veggies, chicken breast
I've made chicken salad or tuna salad with fat free miracle whip
I have also eaten low fat homemade soups
I have eaten low fat turkey breast or low fat low sodium ham lunch meat sandwiches on rye bread with a side salad. Me and co worker are always trying something new every week so that we don't get bored, but my main staple is salads so that I don't eat as much of the entree

1 bite at a time = 1 choice at a time.
Choice is in our power; take the power and run.

Greetings! I am happy to be a part of this group!

I work as an admin assistant in Boston, MA but actually live in Providence, RI. Since lunch options nearby can prove to be rather costly, I try to bring my lunch from home majority of the time.

I'm starting to get better at packing healthier options, but would definitely love to see more ideas other than just "salads or sandwiches," lol.
