sometimes we bring in stuff to make low fat quesadillas, brown rice, veggies, chicken breast I've made chicken salad or tuna salad with fat free miracle whip I have also eaten low fat homemade soups I have eaten low fat turkey breast or low fat low sodium ham lunch meat sandwiches on rye bread with a side salad. Me and co worker are always trying something new every week so that we don't get bored, but my main staple is salads so that I don't eat as much of the entree
