emoticonApproach this as a change in lifestyle not a diet. You will adjust your nutrition and increase your exercise. You will use the fitness tracker and the nutrition tracker to keep yourself on track. Weight loss will be slow but steady. 1=2 pounds a week. The plan you will develop will be something you will live with for the rest of your life. You will not feel deprived because no food is forbidden. As long as you account for it teats are allowed.emoticon

Hi all, my name is Andrea and I am new to this site. I look forward to meeting lots of new friends. Dieting and weight loss has not been going well for me. I need to lose 70lbs. and need all the advice and encouragement I can get.

I look forward to encouraging others and working together to reach our common goal:-)
