That really truly is AWESOME results. Greer says you may not lose weight but you will lose inches. So you are doing extra extra good.

I'm thinking about doing BodyFlex twice a day when I can fit it in because that really steps up the results.

You are inspiring me. Please keep posting on the consistency thread - helps me keep going.

Actually I forgot to mention the best part, that I did seem to lose 5-7 pounds. A few days later I checked and it was more like 4.5 but that is still awesome in my book. I can't wait to see if I lose more inches by the end of the month and hopefully that will mean more weight loss. My goal is 8 pounds a month. I have a decent amount to lose.

Congratulations Beme! It sounds like you're doing super good. I can't remember exactly when you started, but I think you have had wonderful results.

I don't know if you ever read Greer Childer's book Be A Loser, but in it she says that the scale doesn't always reflect the changes in your body.

I bet your pants fit different. I love that your neck is slimmer. Mine too. I just hadn't thought to mention that.

Ok, I got a little, ok a lot off track here. I did 10 out of the 14 days of body flex. I still did lose though! But not much. I lost one inch every where I originally measured (natural waist, biggest part of my belly, bum, biggest part of thighs and biceps). However, some places I didn't measure, like my neck for instance, looks much better then it did as well and obviously you would notice the fat going from that area first. Also, my obliques? Wow, I can actually see them when I do the breathing lol. I think the whole tucking in the tummy works those muscles well. These next two weeks I am going to do either the original body flex twice a day, or the body flex plus.

It's so great to have you back! And you look more beautiful than ever!

I've been finding it really helpful to post my BodyFlex minutes on the Consistency thread. It just helps me remember to do my breathing exercises.

I'm back. Got off track with.... everything for a while. I found the original bodyflex video on youtube and the new one. I prefer the original. I'm going to be doing it everyday and seeing if I get any results on the 3rd of march. I would wait longer but that is my usual measuring day.

That is a great success story!
I use the LifeLift breathing method and I am trying to do 40 straight days to create a

Back when I was 19 and eating tons of pasta I was maybe slightly overweight. Probably not even slightly but I felt I wasn't at my ideal body weight because I had been over eating. I was living alone for the first time and basically ate italian all the time. So... after seeing an informercial for body flex I had to get it. I was very careful and measured every part of my body that was required. I didn't expect this to work. It made me laugh so hard doing it the first time but I stuck with it. One week later I measured again and I had lost 5 inches off my waist and two inches (round about) every where else!! I didn't change my eating habits, just did the body flex 15 minutes each morning and no extra exercise. Now since I wasn't that out of shape I just used it on and off every time I needed that extra weight loss. But over time I stopped hearing about it and thought maybe I was one of the few that saw the benefits? (Oh another benefit is that it made me want to quit smoking, doing that kind of breathing is very hard with smokers lungs)

So imagine my joy when finding this group! I know that if I add this to my daily routine again I will see results much faster!! I hope to hear lots of great results from you guys too!
