I'm so happy to find a team which includes Oxycise! I have Rheumatoid arthritis and when I'm in a "flare" I can barely move, let alone exercise. But I want to keep my goals and move toward a more healthy lifestyle. Before I was hit with RA I ate anything, but still weighed around 125lbs. because I was so active. Well I continued to eat whatever, but with very little activity,(and then put on steroids) my weight had crept upto 184lbs. I am changing my eating habits, but the exercise is my downfall because of days with pain. That is where I hope Oxycise will help so I don't have to go any more days without including an exercise. Sad to say I have had all the videos for over a year, but never committed to them. Hope we can all encourage each other!
