I've been doing Oxycise off and on for a few years. The first time I tried it was a few days before Thanksgiving. When the week was through, I had lost like five inches. I was amazed that I'd lost inches while eating my way through the week of thanksgiving!
I slacked for a long while, but I'm back and ready to go! I'll be trying Bodyflex this time around and look forward to comparing the two.
I'm so glad I took the liberty of joining this team! I'm trying Oxycise with other exercises (as well as a sensible diet) to see if I lost inches and/or weight. I will be reporting results in a few weeks, as I currently am 155 lbs at the moment.
